If you are unable to come to a consultation in person, you are still able to obtain a weight loss plan.

All you have to do is follow 3 easy steps:

  • Add ‘Design my Weight Loss Diet’ to the shopping basket
  • Pay online or over the phone
  • Fill out the questionnaire

We will analyse your questionnaire and email you your weight loss diet, including a general guideline sheet.

Design My Natural Weight Loss Diet and Analyse My Current Diet

If you want us to analyse your current diet, and send you a weight loss plan just follow these simple steps:

  • Add ‘Design my Weight Loss Diet’ and ‘Analyse my Diet’ to the shopping basked
  • Fill out the Weight Loss Questionnaire
  • Attach a detailed 3-day food diary, as described in the ‘Analyse my Diet’ section, in form of a Word or Excel Document
  • Pay online or over the phone

We will analyse both your diet and questionnaire and email you a weight loss plan and a detailed analysis of your current eating habits.

Please enclose your 3 day food diary as a word or excel file.
Your food diary should be as precise as possible, and include weights in ‘gm’ or portion sizes (i.e. big apple or small plate); explain if the milk for example is full fat or skimmed, and what type/quantity of dressing used. Please enclose also measures of alcoholic and other drinks, and whether the food is fried, grilled, baked, microwaved, boiled or steamed. Please tell us if you cooked the food at home or if you bought it. Make sure to specify the type of bread and what type of cheese, meats etc were used on your sandwich. The more precise you are the more exact will your dietary analysis be.

    The 3-day food diary should be structured as follows:

  • Breakfast
  • Snack
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Snack
  • Alcoholic drinks
  • Non-alcoholic drinks
