Prices and conditions of sale of laboratory tests

The price of the laboratory test(s) are as quoted on the website and may be amended from time to time. All payment must be made in sterling. You may send your order via the online ordering, including credit card details;
Payment must be received in full prior to the shipping of any sample collection pack. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

Methods of payment are: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo.

Order Confirmation

When you send your order over the internet, The Phytoclinic will send you an order confirmation by email.   All order confirmations will be sent on or before (but no later than) delivery of your sample collection pack.

Shipping

After your payment has been processed we will forward you the necessary sample collection pack needed. This should be delivered within 5 working days depending on stock.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the sample collection pack(s) are approximate only and the Phytoclinic shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the order. Times for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Phytoclinic in writing. The order may be delivered by the Phytoclinic in advance of the quoted delivery date.

It is the express responsibility of you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. You shall notify the Phytoclinic within 3 working days of delivery in respect of any damage to the sample collection pack(s), shortfall or incorrect specification being delivered. If you do not notify the Phytoclinic within 3 working days following delivery, the order received shall be deemed in accordance with the order placed by you and completely satisfactory.

Delivery of your test results

The Phytoclinic aims to deliver your Test Results within 14 working days of receipt by the Phytoclinic of your returned sample(s). If The Phytoclinic is unable to deliver your Test Results within 30 days, The Phytoclinic will contact you using the means by which your order confirmation was sent, giving you details of the likely delivery date.

Receipt

Your order receipt will be sent with your test results.
